BritCham Shanghai Annual General Meeting 2026 – Save the Date

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 January 2026. This is an important occasion where the Chamber’s Executive Committee brings members up to speed on the Chamber’s activities and achievements over the past year, and announces the 2026-27 Executive Committee new members.

The Annual General Meeting is open to members only. Due to limited spaces, priority will go to primary members.

2. If you would like to check your company’s membership status and identify the primary member, please contact Stephenie.Feng@britishchambershanghai.cn.
3. Non-primary member’s registration requires further confirmation by the Chamber team. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. In case of cancellation, please kindly note you must email the BritCham Shanghai Event staff  yimeng.xia@britishchambershanghai.cn before 5 pm, 16 January. Please kindly note that walk-ins without pre-registration are NOT accepted.
