Belgian-Brazilian sustainability professional with 12+ years of international experience across Asia, blending a Hospitality Management background (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne) with a passion for climate action and sustainable business transformation.

Driven by the urgency of the climate crisis, I transitioned from Food & Beverage operations to spearheading sustainability initiatives-including circular economies, plastic waste recycling, and solar energy projects. Today, I lead efforts at Sodexo to reduce environmental impact across 950+ sites, leveraging my food and hospitality background and sustainability knowledge to implement scalable solutions that engage 1.2M+ daily consumers in Greater China.

Hara Guigou Caceres is an experienced nutritionist with over ten years in the healthcare and nutrition fields. She specializes in a wide range of areas, including gastrointestinal disorders like lrritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), gastroesophageal reflux, and gastroparesis, as well as issues arising from disordered eating behaviors. She deals with hormonal imbalances such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), metabolic disorders and glucose imbalances. She provides support for women’s health and well-being through different life stages, including adolescence, pregnancy, and menopause. Hara is also dedicated to mental health nutrition, focusing on improving relaxation, sleep, focus, mood, memory and supporting, from a nutritional perspective, conditions such as anxiety and depression. Hara Guigou Caceres earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in the USA. She is certified as a Nutrition Specialist by the American Nutrition Association and as a Health Coach in the USA. Hara has also worked as a Quality Manager and Nutrition and Food Security Specialist at the Centre Hospitalier de la Cote in Switzerland.
