By founding YYO Communications in 2007, she delivered the first GAP campaign in mainland China, shot by Annie Leibovitz and produced the first Chinese-themed editorial ever commissioned by Anna Wintour for US Vogue. Her client list grew to span Abbott, Adidas, Apple, Coca-Cola, Dior, GAP, L’Oréal, Nike, and some forty global agencies and publications, from Vogue USA to Wieden+Kennedy. She built not just a company, but a proof of concept: that high-value creations could be Shanghai-born worldwide productions

Empowering the development of Chinese designer brands, supporting the coordinated development of the fashion industry chain, and building platform for industrial exchange and cooperation.

Craig leads Heatherwick Studio’s presence across East Asia. Having lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and now Shanghai, Craig is focused on making our rapidly evolving cities liveable, memorable and sustainable.

In over 18 years at the studio, Craig has played leading roles on complex new-build and repositioning projects in the UK and Asia including Google KGX (London), Olympia (London), Pacific Place (Hong Kong), Changi Airport Terminal 5 (Singapore), and 1000Trees (Shanghai). He has spent over a decade leading the studio’s teams on multi-disciplinary and multi-national consortia and is responsible for the set-up, delivery and operations of the Shanghai studio; the studio’s first permanent presence beyond London. Through exploring innovative form, integration of nature and imbuing meaning-through-making, Craig leads creative collaborations across a diverse range of typologies to bring new perspectives and solutions to urban life in the 21st Century.

John Munro is a leading Cultural Experience Designer and pioneer in immersive storytelling with over two decades of world-first creations. As Founder and Principal of Immersive, he fuses fine art, spatial design, architecture and animation. He combines art, science and technology to craft boundary-pushing audience experiences.

His landmark achievements include designing the world’s largest immersive LED screen for the London 2012 Olympic ceremonies. In 2019, he collaborated with Steven Spielberg and Foster + Partners on a permanent spherical installation for Comcast’s Philadelphia headquarters. His portfolio spans EXPO 2026 Osaka, EXPO 2020 Dubai, the Smithsonian Museum, as well as art commissions.

Following his United Nations art work at Stockholm 50, he was named Senior Creative Advisor to the UN Science Policy Business Forum. He prioritizes future-proofing in every design, ensuring his work endures. He continues leading the industry into increasingly immersive and meaningful realms.

William Zhao has spent the past 12 years building digital ecosystems for brands in China.

He began this work at Ogilvy and Publicis, where he helped global brands navigate China’s fast-changing digital landscape. Today, as Head of Digital at Villeroy & Boch, he has led the growth of the brand’s digital channels in China, building its current ecosystem over the past three years.

William is especially interested in the role of AI in marketing. Over the past two years, he and his team have launched several AI-driven projects, including a consumer chatbot to improve engagement and a supply chain prediction model to support more accurate forecasting.

For William, the future of marketing is not only about creativity. It is also about how creativity can be supported by data, intelligence and the right digital tools.

Christian, a French national, has resided and worked in various countries, including France, the USA, Turkey, and Indonesia, before establishing himself in China in 2005. His professional journey has spanned diverse industries, encompassing technology and marketing services, until he embarked on a new adventure in the arts and culture sector. As the Managing Partner of Fotografiska China, he pursued his enduring passion for art, with a particular focus on photography.
