  • Welcome participants and provide a brief overview of the workshop.

Session 1: Understanding the Basics of Effective Presentations 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Discuss the key elements of a successful presentation, focusing on practical techniques and strategies.
  • Explore techniques to capture and maintain audience attention.
  • Share tips for structuring a presentation for maximum impact.


Break: 11:00 AM – 11:15 AM


Session 2: Crafting Compelling Content and Building Your Brand 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM

  • Teach participants how to create engaging and persuasive content for presentations.
  • Share techniques for organising information effectively.
  • Emphasise the use of visuals and storytelling to enhance message delivery.

Session 3: Enhancing Verbal and Nonverbal Communication 1:30 PM – 2:45 PM

  • Focus on practical tools and exercises to improve verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Discuss techniques for improving vocal delivery, including pace, tone, and emphasis.
  • Explore body language and gestures that convey confidence and credibility.

Session 4: Impromptu Presentations and Handling Q&A Sessions 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM

  • Provide tips for managing nerves and delivering impromptu presentations effectively.
  • Teach participants how to handle Q&A sessions with confidence and clarity.

Session 5: Recap and Conclusion 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Recap the key takeaways from the workshop.
  • Answer any remaining questions from participants.
