The 10-week Action Learning group online program consists of:

• A series of 6 highly interactive online 2-hour workshops over 6 weeks onboarding a genuinely new and dynamic system for leadership for a hybrid AI world
• 2 Highly customised confidential reports (one for the induvial and one for the team) to show potential
• 5 self-assessments to enable effective navigation of uncertain times
• 4 Action Learning Groups mentored post-workshops 1-hour meetings with alumni to learn from each other
• 5 minutes a day supported regular mindful reflective practice which enables effective application and mindset change
• ALG confidential web site to share reflections and actions
• 8 weeks post-program AI enhanced coaching support in native language
• Internationally recognised CPD certificate for 20 hours

Cohorts are divided into ALGs of 6 managers/talents (ideally 3 from China and 3 from overseas) to enable better person-to-person and cross-cultural understanding, as well as shared learning on a highly engaging development journey.
