Nicole possesses 24 years of experience in management, consulting, and professional services. She is highly skilled in identifying organizational pain points and tailoring customized solutions to address them. Nicole has a proven track record of assisting companies across various industries, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Professional Services, and IT.

Nicole is now the Managing Partner of PSP, the expert in expanding businesses in APAC. PSP’s headquarters is in Singapore, with a representative office in Shanghai, China.

Previously, Nicole served as the General Manager of Northern Asia at the Top Employers Institute. During her tenure, she gained extensive knowledge in General Management, International Organization Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, and HR Digitalization for global expansion. Before this role, Nicole worked for Dun & Bradstreet and Wang & Li Asia Resources.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics and currently resides in Shanghai with her family.

Madge is a seasoned HR leader with global reach and local depth, active in transforming business through people. Over 20+ years of HR experience in renowned FMCG, dairy and large-scale retail industries in China. Madge received her B.A. degree at Central China Normal University and then her post-graduate diploma in Organization and Human Resources Management at the University of Hong Kong. She obtained a Coaching Certificate from Results Coaching System in 2010. She is a deep believer in the potential of people pursuing to help others grow and thrive in and outside of her work. She has volunteered herself as a trainer in a non-profit organization Career Intelligence (Live to Give) for 10+ years and has provided her service to nearly 6000 college students.

As Head of HR for Hays China, a recruiting expert worldwide company, Caribal has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and an expert in establishing first-class HR function in the business, establishing policies, procedures, and performance management structure, managing and balancing risk while considering the commercial realities, supporting business in building a high-performance culture, driving wellness and work-life balance for better employee engagement. Caribal is also part of the Asia DE&I (DisCo) Committee that builds a diverse, equal and inclusive culture, creating a workplace where everyone can flourish and succeed regardless of background. Outside of her job, Caribal is the Co-chair of the British Chamber of Commerce HR Committee. The committee shares HR topics of interest to all the industries, organises events with hot HR industry topics, connects with HR professionals to promote best HR practices.
