Right after the May Holiday, BritCham Shanghai is delighted to invite our members and friends for an amazing tour in Nanchang, a Provincial city of Jiangxi.

Ahmad Tea was founded in the 1950s in Hamshire and now has become the No.5 biggest tea company around the world yet remains a family operation.

In 2008, Ahmad Tea invested in its China factory in Nanchang, a Provincial city of Jiangxi province that’s famous for its mountains, lakes and of course tea.

As a member of the British Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai, the Director of Ahmad Tea China – Frank Yuan is warmly welcoming all the members to pay for a spring tea tour in Nanchang.

Day 1 Organiser – Ahmad Tea China (Riantea) & Xinjian District Government of Nanchang

• 08:00 – 11:00 Departure point to Nanchang, eg. Shanghaihongqiao – Nanchangxi (Travel expenses are paid on your own）
• 11:15 – 12:00 Nanchangxi Train Station – Xi’Xia Village
• 12:00 – 14:30 Xi’Xia Village homestay for lunch & experience
• 14:30 – 15:20 Xi’Xia Village – Riantea City-Hub
• 15:30 – 17:00 Ahmad Tea afternoon tea salon in Riantea City-Hub
• 17:10 – 17:20 Riantea City-Hub – Ling Gang Wetland Park
• 17:30 – 18:30 Visit Wetland Park of Ling Gang in Xinjian Industrial Park
• 18:30 – 20:00 Welcome Banquet at the entrepreneur club of Xinjian
• 20:00 – 20:25 Ling Gang Wetland Park – Greenland Primus Hotel (5-star)
• 20:30 Check in for a night at Greenland Primus Hotel (5-star)

Day 2   Organiser – Nanchang Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office, Nanchang High-tech Management Committee  

• 9:30 – 10:50 Presentation of the industry policy by the Mayor of Nanchang City
• 11:00 – 11:50 Networking
• 12:00 – 13:30 Reception by Nanchang Municipal Government
• 13:30 – 14:10 Hotel – Nanchang Hi-tech Industry Park
• 14:00 – 15:40 Visiting 2 high-tech companies in Nanchang Hi-tech Industry Park
• 15:45 – 16:20 Nanchang Hi-tech Industry Park – Nanchangxi Train Station
• 16:20 Back Journey (Travel expenses are paid on your own）

This event is open to all and offers a complementary tour in Nanchang*.

• Transportation Fee: Attendees will have to cover the transportation costs from their departures to Nanchang and from Nanchang back home.
• Other irrelevant expenses, such as your own shopping plan, are not included.
