Event details

Research and development, intellectual property protection, business development, and financing are, and quite rightly, the key priorities that innovators make to scale their business. But one factor that influences success just as much (if not more) as them is all too often overlooked both in its importance and complexity – recruitment!

Today, technology is breaking out of the server room and into the wider business domain as a crucial tool to keep organisations competitive.

One of the known pain points of technology companies is the acute skill-storage of their talents. But acquiring talent with both business acumen and technical expertise is a resource-intensive and highly competitive undertaking. Companies have to hit the right notes across the entire recruitment cycle with speed, creativity and precision to continue to scale and compete effectively.

On 15 October in Hangzhou, the Chamber’s Technology & Innovation Committee hosts a technology recruitment event, inviting global recruitment firm Hays to talk on Executive Talent Acquisition and AJINGA to share Digital Recruitment Trends.

Consisting of in-depth keynotes from technology recruitment veterans and a panel discussion with leaders from across the technology sector, you will learn practical advice and tips on how to recruit (and retain) overseas returnees and foreign experts into your business.

Note: This event is only open to director level or higher professionals from the technology sector.
