On the evening of Thursday 19 October, we are delighted to bring all guests together at The PuLi Hotel and Spa. Following the warm-up networking and the opening remark, the formal four-course dinner will start around 7 pm.
Menu of the night is crafted by the One-Michelin-Star restaurant PHÉNIX and Executive Chef Ugo Rinaldo.
Ugo joined PuLi as Executive Chef in September 2021. Opened in 2016, PHÉNIX has been being awarded Michelin-starred restaurant for seven consecutive years.
