Formed by the Chamber’s Executive Committee and held twice a year, the 1915 Club is a by-invitation-only dinner event. It gathers the most senior executives within our membership to meet one another and engage in friendly, stimulating conversation. Our past attendees’ businesses cover all range of sectors.
On the evening of Thursday 19 October, we are delighted to bring all guests together at The PuLi Hotel and Spa. Following the warm-up networking and the opening remark, the formal four-course dinner will start around 7 pm.
Menu of the night is crafted by the One-Michelin-Star restaurant PHÉNIX and Executive Chef Ugo Rinaldo.
Ugo joined PuLi as Executive Chef in September 2021. Opened in 2016, PHÉNIX has been being awarded Michelin-starred restaurant for seven consecutive years.
