• Please show your green code and negative PCR test result within 48 hours upon entry.
• All attendees must please maintain proper social distancing and abide by the Shanghai Municipal Government’s Epidemic Prevention and Control Rules (eg. wearing masks, etc.) for the safety of all staff and other attendees. If you are not feeling well or have a cough, or your body temperature is above 37.3 degrees celsius, please do not attend Chamber in-person events. If you do not follow the relevant regulations, BritCham Shanghai assumes no responsibility for any of your physical discomfort caused during and after the event. • In case of cancellation, please kindly note you must email the BritCham Shanghai Event staff Nathalie.Xu@britishchambershanghai.cn before 5 pm, 12 Dec. Due to the service charges of Glueup and online payment platforms, we can only partially refund up to 90% of your ticket price and payment will be processed within 14 days after the event via your original payment method. However, it is non-refundable for a cancellation request made beyond the above-mentioned timeframe.
