Great British Sports Day 2026 – presented by HSC

Back for 2026, BritCham Shanghai’s Great British Sports Day returns on Saturday, 30 May as a bigger, more dynamic day of sport, networking, and community!

Since its launch in 2023, Great British Sports Day has become a highlight of the Chamber calendar, offering members, partners, and clients the chance to connect in a more informal setting through a shared day of sports and camaraderie.

Returning on Saturday, 30 May 2026, this year’s event will once again feature the popular 7-a-side football tournament and doubles badminton competition. Warm, inclusive, and open to supporters as well as participants, it promises a fantastic day for players, colleagues, friends, and family alike.

Football

Member’s Team:

• RMB 4,455 per team of 7 (max for 12), including lunch vouchers for the team.
• Players should be member company’s full-time staff only.

Non-member’s Team:

• RMB 6,575 per team of 7 (max for 12), including lunch vouchers for the team.
• As team places are limited, priority will be given to Chamber members. Non-member registrations will therefore be subject to approval.

Badminton

Member’s team:

• RMB 730 per team of TWO, including 2 lunch vouchers for the team.
• Players should be member company’s full-time staff only.

Non-member’s team:

• RMB 945 per team of TWO, including 2 lunch vouchers for the team
• As team places are limited, priority will be given to Chamber members. Non-member registrations will therefore be subject to approval.
