Jimmy has 34+ years in marketing, advertising and branding since completing his MA at Central St. Martins in London. Working in the US, UK, EU, Scandinavian, APAC, Africa, Australasia and the Greater China region. He is a bridge between consumers & culture, brands & business, creative & strategy. Bringing them together with multidisciplinary teams to create thought-out seamless solutions build on strong insights.

A strategic creative thinker with a strong understanding of business and communications. Working across the world over the last thirty years. Leading multicultural teams through projects on and offline from beginning to end. A strong understanding of the Chinese market while bringing inspiration and insights in creating 360º multi-channel campaigns; Social, digital, branding, film, product, identity, retail and advertising. Living and working in China for over eight years, with in-depth knowledge of different business sectors, both with international and local clients.

Fabrizio is the current Chair of BritCham Shanghai’s People & Culture Committee, and Managing Partner at SBA, a People Strategy and Organisational Development advisory firm founded in Shanghai in 1982. Having worked in the Organisational Development and people Strategy fields in China for over a decade, Fabrizio is a specialised consultant and an advisor to businesses ranging from Small and Medium Enterprises to Fortune 500 Multinational Corporations in China, Asia, and globally. Over the years, he has developed and deployed solutions for international clients such as Alibaba Group, BP, Boston Scientific, Chanel, Diageo, Eaton Corporation, IDEO, JLR, Pirelli, and Sabic among others.

Matt Anderson is an HR leader and self-taught artist, originally from Britain, based in Shanghai. He blends strategic leadership with creative expression, using his dual roles to explore how structure and spontaneity fuel or starve idea generation. His artwork and HR work both focus on transformation, culture, sustainability and the power of human connection.

Jill Tang is a social entrepreneur, community builder and ESG advocate. She is the Founder and Community Co-Builder at she rewires,  a social enterprise with the mission of rewiring and transforming the status quo for women in Science, Technology,  Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) and reshape the future of STEAM for ALL. It connects more than 70,000+ members with 130 dedicated co-builders around the globe.

Jill was in the expert group for UN-Women to inform the substantive preparations for the sixty-seventh session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67).

She holds Bachelor of Commerce from Latrobe University, Master of Applied Finance from Monash University and MBA from Melbourne Business School. Jill also completed her Gender Equality Program Certification at INSEAD in 2019 and Executive Certificate for Special Management for Non-Profit at Harvard Business School in 2023.

Marcia Chen graduated from Imperial College London with a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing. She has worked at DiDi Chuxing and Google China, serving as a senior marketing consultant and overseas marketing account manager.

In 2020, Marcia Chen co-founded China’s first cross-enterprise women’s development and DEI platform—Women Alliance Group (WAG). The platform has gathered notable global companies like Google, McKinsey, Intel, GE, DiDi, Tencent, Amazon Web Services, Tiffany, Nike, Eaton, Sanofi, Kering Group, and Carrier, covering over 250,000 employees, making it China’s largest cross-enterprise platform for women’s development and DEI. The platform aims to promote the development of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in China.

Previously, with the mission to support more lives to flourish, she introduced Google’s global DEI project #IamRemarkable to China, building it from the ground up. In three years, the workshops have reached over 5,000 participants from more than 50 companies, training over 100 local instructors. During the promotion of #IamRemarkable, she was inspired to establish the Women’s Alliance to gather more strength to support the growth of professional women in China, officially co-founding WAG in 2020.

She has traveled to over 50 countries, and has a deep interest in and practices traditional culture, aesthetics, and mindfulness. In the future, she hopes to integrate Eastern and Western philosophies to find a way to empower personal growth and a diverse and inclusive culture in China, leading businesses towards goodness and achieving sustainable human development.

Tina Tao is the founder (est. 2012) and artistic director of LeRan Performing Arts Center. She is a musical theatre director, seasoned vocal performance coach, and producer. She is also a certified senior teacher in musical theatre and drama by Trinity College London, with over 20 years of professional experience in the performing arts industry.

Creative Advisor, keynote speaker, board member, influencer, distinguished professor, writer, broadcaster Simon Collins is a former Dean at the world’s premier design school, Parsons School of Design in New York, and creative director at Nike in Asia. He has worked with leading global brands, spoken at prestigious conferences (TED, United Nations, Alibaba, Cannes Lions), and been featured in Forbes, Business of Fashion, WWD, WSJ, SCMP, China Daily, NBC, and The New York Times.

After working as design and creative director with Nike, Polo, and Zegna, he spent seven years as Dean of the School of Fashion at Parsons where he turned the respected design school into a global mega-brand. Featured in The Business of Fashion’s Global 500 and Fast Company Magazine’s 100 Most Creative People in Business. Assouline published his book“The School of Fashion” in 2014 and he joined the Parsons Board of Governors. He chaired the Advisory Board for Global trend group WGSN, was advisor for both New York and China Fashion Weeks.

In 2016 he established the House of Collins international consultancy to advise industry, academies, and governments on how to shape their creative visions. HoC continues to advise Chinese and global brands on how to innovate and expand into new markets.

He is currently Chief Creative at the Design Innovation Institute Shanghai – Asia’s leading design hub, Distinguished Visiting Professor at Tsinghua and Donghua Universities, and Academic Lead for Parsons Executive Education in China. He has built collaboratations with Kering (Gucci, YSL), Diesel, Marni, and Anta Group.

Through his Shanghai consultancy he helps leading Brands and Academies create innovative solutions and successful growth. And with his rapidly growing video channels he shares design inspiration and brand promotion to millions of viewers.

Donni Dang is the founder and Director of Otter Theatrics. He’s an actor, theatre director, and educator creating powerful bilingual theatre that fuses artistry, education, and social impact.

Performing artist Donni will be presenting a solo piece of a character named AX, a theatrical performance truly embodying how ideas take shape!

AX is an Alter Ego created during the pandemic (2020). He is a being from outer space who is trapped on Earth for unknown reasons. He is full of curiosity about humans and human society.

Rita is a “slashy”: certified coach/ DEI practitioner/ workshop facilitator/ change creator/ leadership trainer/ and so much more. Since its launch in 2014, Rita Malvone and Associates has been committed to creating the cultures, strategies and leaders of the future. She is bold, direct, and fiercely committed to helping her clients thrive. She actively supports the Rotary Club of Shanghai, the International Professional Women’s Society, and the Shanghai Coaching Circle since relocating to Shanghai with Ford in 2011.

Rita holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a BSBA from Boston University. Her corporate career included supply chain, strategy, and procurement leadership roles at Ford, Colgate Palmolive, and Unilever. Her client base includes Volkswagen, Airbus, McCann World, CITIC Group, and Evonik.

In her spare time, Rita enjoys afternoon tea, watching a performance, or wandering in the old lanes. She will always find an excuse to wear a fancy hat and lives by the motto: #alwayschoosefabulous.

Jacob Ketcher is the Business Development Manager for Acclime China, based in the Shanghai office. He has nearly five years of China-focused experience, and has worked across both the UK and Mainland China in both the insurance and professional services sectors.

Before he joined Acclime, managed KPMG China’s MNC Channel programme in Shanghai, where he supported go-to-market initiatives to support the firm’s MNC accounts.

At Acclime, Jacob helps foreign-invested businesses to operate more compliantly and efficiently in China, providing support on company incorporation and ongoing compliance needs across a range of sectors, as well as acting as an advisor on trade operations and supply chain management.

He holds a bachelors degree in History from the University of Southampton, a master’s degree in International Relations from City, University of London and speaks English (native) and Chinese (HSK4).
