My name is Xiaoting. I studied mathematics as an undergraduate and later earned a master’s degree in social work. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of industries, including real estate, consulting, food import, retail, and even a few months at a refugee center. And now I’m a photographer, specializing in portraits.

Travel and horse riding are my biggest passion. I work as a horseback photographer for a horse riding adventure program in Inner Mongolia during summer time. This year, I also started a new role as guide for a landscape photography group. So far this year I’ve traveled to 6 different countries this year and ridden in 8 cities around the world.

In many ways, the last two years have been a personal “gap year” for me, as I’ve experimented with different lifestyle approaches and tried to find ways to merge my work with the things I’m most passionate about. This period has also changed my perspectives on many things, including parenting and how I approach my own life.

It’s been an exciting and transformative period, and I look forward to seeing where my diverse experiences and interests will take me next.

Dr. JIANG Wei. She is the director of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine at liahui international Health and a tenured professor of clinical medicine at Duke University in the United States. she holds medical licenses in China and the United States, and professional certificates in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry-Neurology & Behavioral Sciences from the United States. Since graduating from medical school in early 1982, she has been engaged in clinical services, teaching, and research Since 1996, she has been publishing break-through findings from research projected she led, in JAMA, JACc, Circulation, and Psychosomatic medicine, etc, These research results have impacted fundamental changes in understanding and management of depression, anxiety, and stress responses in cardiovascular diseases, The “Meilihua & Mind-Heart sun” online mental heath teaching service led by Director JIANG Wei possesses a high reputation in China and abroad. Director JIANG Wei has been providing cares to patients both in china and in the United states for more than 40 years, and owns rich experience in managing a variety of acute-chronic, mental and psychosomatic diseases, involving effective utilization of psychotropic medications and various psychological interventions, including individual and family therapy. She is bilingual in both Chinese and English language, and highly embraces both Chinese-Eastern and Western cultural practices. Particularly she is very good at differential diagnosis and effective intervention for highly challenging, complex and intractable cases, Director JIANG Wei accepts visitors aged six and above.

With a passion of self-development, psychology and female empowerment, Nancy is an active participant in the Shanghai British Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee. She regards this as a long-term commitment and humble contribution to female community building project.

Nancy has acquired her education and professional experience in Australia, Singapore – An alumnus of University of Melbourne and University of Queensland, and her previous experience includes Hilton Worldwide, Pan Pacific, ShineWing Australia. After relocating to Shanghai in late 2019, she joined Star (Shanghai) Accounting & Consulting as the Business Development Manager/Business Assistant to CEO to take on more a strategic management role.

Wafaa Ajrouj, head of National Key Accounts – PRC – Domino China, managing the overall operations of our National team overseeing the major key accounts in China.

Prior to Domino, Wafaa has ventured in entrepreneurship in 2015 by creating and managing a project sourcing company which is still operating under local partnership.

She earned a double major Master from the University of Reims in France in both Business and Supply Chain Management. She also excels in linguistics including Chinese.

In Parallel, Wafaa is involved in different committees with British Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai. She’s also very active on different charitable fronts for over 8 years.

Beside the professional endeavors, Wafaa is passionate about horse riding and paragliding.
