BritCham Shanghai’s People & Culture Committee is pleased to invite you to an event focused on exploring the concept of resilience, both at the individual and organisational levels.

In today’s challenging environment, resilience is a key factor for success. This event will delve into the history and evolution of resilience, emphasising individual mental health and well-being as well as organisational resilience. A compelling case study will be presented, showcasing how one organisation thrived in adversity while others struggled.

During the event, experts will offer insights into the true needs of individual and organisational resilience. It will:

  • Look at the history and evolution of resilience development
  • Consider the mental health aspects of resilience
  • Explore individual well-being aspects
  • Hear from a case study of how an organisation thrived in adversity whilst others did not

Take-aways:

  • Understanding of what individual resilience needs
  • Clarify what principles are needed for organisational resilience

Attendees can expect to gain practical knowledge and actionable strategies to enhance individual and organisational resilience.

Please note that this is a hybrid event, with in-person attendance at the BritCham Shanghai’s office and an online option for those outside of Shanghai or unable to attend; the online link will be sent to you three days before the event.

In case of cancellation, please kindly note you must email Yiwen.Ling@britishchambershanghai.cn before 5 pm, 30 Oct. For paid participants, due to the service charges of Glueup and online payment platforms, we can only partially refund up to 90% of your ticket price and payment will be processed within 14 days after the event via your original payment method. However, it is non-refundable for cancellation request made beyond the above-mentioned timeframe.
