About the Talent Development Programme

The British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai’s Talent Development Programme is an integrated training and networking series that provides the opportunity for participants to achieve their maximum potential by closing the employability skills gap, and through building relationships with like-minded cohorts. This is a two-month programme offering interactive workshops that are led by highly reputable company representatives across a range of different industries to share their enriching knowledge and extensive experience.

The 2021 Programme hosted 21 attendees from industry sectors such as education (both K12 and HE), creative industry, automotive sector, FMCG, business consultancy, recruitment, and professional & financial services. Some high-frequency keywords the attendees used to comment on the programme are “useful, practical, helpful, informative”.
