Businesses are operating in an increasingly complex social and economic environment: Consumers are more informed and have more choices than ever before; natural resources are increasingly scarce, which in turn is causing rising production and transportation costs. In addition, regulation, governance and global economic changes are altering the economic environment businesses operate in.
In this session, attendees will learn how to manage ambiguity and uncertainty within and outside your organisation and how teams and leaders should operate.
The British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai’s Talent Development Programme is an integrated training and networking series that provides the opportunity for participants to achieve their maximum potential by closing the employability skills gap, and through building relationships with like-minded cohorts. This is a two-month programme offering interactive workshops that are led by highly reputable company representatives across a range of different industries to share their enriching knowledge and extensive experience.
