The Annual General Meeting 2021

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Chamber office on Wednesday, 19 May at 4:30pm.

At the event, the Chamber’s Executive Director James Dunn will bring members up to speed on the Chamber’s activities and achievements over the past year, as well as introduce the new initiatives including the launch of BritCham Shanghai’s new brand identity. The 2021-2023 Executive Committee will also be announced at the meeting.

After the Annual General Meeting, members are welcome to join the new brand launch social mixer at the ZUK Bar (please register here). Feel free to bring your friends and join the celebration of the new Chamber!

• 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Registration & networking
• 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Annual General Meeting
• 5:30 pm: Event ends

Notes:

1. The Annual General Meeting is open to members only. Due to limited spaces, priority will go to primary members.
2. If you would like to check your company’s membership status and identify the primary member, please contact admin@britishchambershanghai.cn.
3. Non-primary member’s registration requires further confirmation by the Chamber team. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
