Notes:

In case of cancellation, please kindly note you must email the BritCham Shanghai Event staff Yiwen.Lin@britishchambershanghai.cn before 6:30 pm, 5 Dec. Due to the service charges of Glueup and online payment platforms, we can only partially refund up to 90% of your ticket price and payment will be processed within 14 days after the event via your original payment method. However, it is non-refundable for a cancellation request made beyond the above-mentioned timeframe.

BritCham Shanghai might take photos from the event and post these on its communication channels (for example website, newsletter and social media platforms) in order to create awareness of these events. By attending this event you consent to British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai taking and using such photos as described above.

To take any professional photography or video of the event, please inform the secretariat in advance, including:

Proposed content at least 3 working days before planned release date;
Proposed dates for post event release through the BritCham media channels;
Ensure all speakers have written confirmation.
