The current pandemic and lockdown are creating difficulties and challenges which are experienced by many people in the city. Although we are unable to predict the progression of this outbreak, neither we can control the policy, we are still to a certain degree responsible for how we can cope with our lives due to lockdown.
In this webinar, we are going to explore how our emotions and behaviours can be influenced by the current situation. We will also discuss ways in which we can regain some sense of control and normalcy through some purposeful actions.
This webinar also includes a 10-minute meditation practice led by Dr Davy Guo, Psychologist, Director of Psychology at Mindfront Clinic.
