About Suhewan
Suhewan covers 4.2 square kilometres and 6.3 kilometres of shoreline on both sides of Suzhou Creek in Jing’an district. It’s situated in the heart area of Shanghai’s highly developing region axis, which is near Lujiazui, the Bund and West Nanjing Road. 100 years ago, Suhewan was one of the busiest urban centres in Shanghai, which had seen the emergence and development of China’s national industry and finance. Now, Suhewan focuses on modern commerce, financial service, professional service, technological innovation and cultural creativity, gathering 21 regional headquarters of multinational companies and 17 office buildings each contributing more than 100 million in tax revenue. Suhewan is making efforts to create a world-class waterfront CAZ and world-class “urban parlour”.
About Suhe Centre
The Suhe Centre jointly built by China Resources Land and Shun Tak Holdings is a landmark complex of about 330,000 square meters, which closely combines urban renewal with the development of a modern waterfront urban centre with comprehensive functions. It integrates high-quality office buildings, about 50,000 cubic meters of excellent landmark business buildings, about 42,000 cubic meters of urban central green space, historical and cultural buildings including Shenyuli Lane and Tianhou Palace, and cloud residences. It carries the traditional cultural memory of the Suhewan area and witnesses the thriving development of the new commercial centre and improvement of the business lifestyle.
