Steven began his marketing career almost two decades ago as a specialist PR consultant in London, UK. He has experience working both sides of the marketing fence, agency and in-house, in a wide range of industries, including financial services, tech, and oil and gas – always with a B2B focus. He is responsible for global marketing for Brandigo, a Shanghai-headquartered marketing and communications agency for international brands, and works on positioning and campaign strategy for key global clients. Steven is a member of the Brandigo leadership team, co-host of the Radical Global Marketing podcast, and also sits on The British Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai’s Creative Industry and Marketing Committee.

Barry is one of the most trusted names in the Asia industry.

Over the years his role, along with his influence, has grown from VFX supervisor to creative director and now director.

As creative director he has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the industry and is responsible for the visual and technical output of some truly outstanding campaigns.

Taking inspiration from working with such esteemed collaborators, Barry has forged a career as a strong visual director with projects ranging from lifestyle, beauty and full CG animations with their own unique style.

Helena is the co-founder and visionary behind The Crimson Spirits Company, a leading independent spirits enterprise in the local market. With a keen eye for market trends, she founded gin brand Crimson Pangolin in early 2018. Under her leadership, the brand has grown into a diversified portfolio of six premium gins and a brand-new chilli spirits line, Nine Wild Tales, along with successful collaborative projects completed with two prestigious Marriott hotels.

Prior to her foray into the spirits industry, Helena honed her business acumen and leadership skills in the fast-paced world of fashion and textiles. Her ability to pivot and leverage her transferable skills has been instrumental in her success in the spirits industry.
